RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, even if the product is not defective.

To request a return:
Please email us at val@valentinaloffredo.com and include your order number.
The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A refund will be issued once the product has been received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at val@valentinaloffredo.com within 7 days of delivery, including a photo of the issue.

We will promptly provide a replacement at our expense or offer an alternative solution (e.g., a refund).
